Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Remote Personal Travel Assistant to join our team. This position is ideal for someone who loves organizing travel plans and providing personalized service to clients. As a Personal Travel Assistant, you’ll play a key role in ensuring seamless travel experiences by managing all aspects of clients' trips remotely.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with planning and booking personalized travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, car rentals, cruises, and tours
• Provide tailored travel recommendations based on client preferences, special requests, and budgets
• Coordinate with travel suppliers to secure bookings, negotiate upgrades, and handle any special accommodations
• Maintain regular communication with clients, updating them on itinerary changes, confirmations, and travel tips
• Handle last-minute changes, cancellations, and emergency requests, ensuring a stress-free experience for clients
• Manage all travel documentation, including booking confirmations, travel itineraries, and payment processing
• Stay informed on travel trends, destination updates, and industry policies to offer clients expert advice

Qualifications:

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple clients simultaneously
• Customer-focused attitude with a passion for helping clients plan memorable trips
• Ability to work independently and remotely with minimal supervision
• Prior experience in travel, customer service, or hospitality is preferred but not required
