Skyline Pharmaceuticals is hiring full-time Healthcare Sales Representatives to join our growing team. If you’re driven, resilient, and ready to develop a long-term sales career in the healthcare industry, we want to hear from you.
As a sales representative, you will be assigned a defined territory of healthcare accounts where your role is to support buyers who need hard-to-source or backordered medications. You’ll build lasting relationships with pharmacies, hospitals, and clinics, and play a critical role in solving medical supply shortages across the country.
This is an in-person-only position based in our Miami office. We do not offer hybrid or remote work.
What You'll Do:
Call and build relationships with healthcare professionals in your territory
Uncover unmet medication needs and offer timely solutions
Manage deal flow, from lead generation to close
Work with pharmaceutical vendors and internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment
Track activity and performance through structured sales processes

Compensation:
Paid training salary for the first 6 months
Transition to 100% commission after training period
Uncapped earning potential ($40K–$125K+/year depending on performance)
