Job Description

Title: Pharmacy Technician

Duration: 06 Months

Location: Remote (1100 Circle 75, Atlanta GS 30339)

9:30 AM - 6:30 PM

Responsibilities

  • Medication adherence calls to members; faxing, able to resolve member issues & complaints; communicating with provider offices when needed; MUST arrive on time daily, complete assigned work and turn in assignments daily.
  • The technician must have a pleasant attitude and be able to encourage members to refill their medications. A minimum of 15 calls per hour. MUST turn in work daily and arrive daily for work on time.

Required Skills/Experience: Preferred Skills/ Experience:

  • Customer Service 1.
  • Basic Computer Skills 2.
  • Pharmacy Technician Certification and Licensure by the state of GA 3.


Education Requirement: Certification and registration by the state of GA Education Preferred:

Software Skills Required: Basic knowledge of Excel and prescription medications as deemed by the PTCB

Required Certifications: Certification and registration by the state of GA Required Testing: Job References will be needed.
