Pride Health is hiring a phlebotomist to support our client’s medical facility based in Atlanta, GA. This is a 3+ month assignment (Possibility of extension or conversion) opportunity and a great way to start working with a top-tier healthcare organization!

JOB DETAILS:

PAY RATE: To be discussed on the call

PAY RANGE: $19/hr. - $21.30/hr. - Based on Experience

Job Requirements:

Patient Interaction: Create a welcoming atmosphere for patients, providing clear explanations of procedures and addressing any concerns they may have.
Blood Collection: Skillfully and safely perform venipunctures on patients of all ages, including pediatric and geriatric populations.
Specimen Preparation: Prepare and label blood specimens accurately, ensuring verification of patient information in compliance with procedures.
Record Maintenance: Maintain accurate records and documentation by company policies and procedures.
Leadership and Excellence: Demonstrate leadership behaviors and commitment to process excellence, confidentiality, and accuracy of patient information.
Environment Management: Maintain a safe, professional, and organized environment while adhering to the company dress code and health and safety policies.
Flexibility and Adaptability: Work independently with minimal supervision, adapt to staffing needs, and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
Customer Focus: Foster positive relationships with patients, clients, and colleagues through superior customer service and open communication

Experience:

1. Minimum 3 years of experience.

2. Certification - Preferred

Education:

1. High school diploma or equivalent.

Shift timings : On-site - Fulltime - Monday - Friday - 1st shift – 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM EST
