The Float Phlebotomist role involves performing blood collections and specimen preparation across multiple clinics and locations, providing variety and growth opportunities. The position requires traveling to various sites within the region, offering strong exposure to different patient populations and team environments. Candidates must have prior phlebotomy experience, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work independently with flexible hours.
As a Float Phlebotomist, you will have the opportunity to quickly gain a vast amount of experience. You will be working with a variety of patients, team members, and clinics/locations. Work Schedule: Fulltime 1st shift. Monday – Friday, start time and end time will vary. Between the hours of 7:00am-5:30pm. The hours/location may change/vary based on business need and/or the request(s) of your supervisor or management.
Float Incentive: Additional $1.00/hr. plus mileage reimbursement
Work Location: Travel to/from Nashville, Murfreesboro, Franklin, Brentwood, Lebanon, Mt Juliet, Cookeville, Sparta, McMinnville.
Benefits: Employees regularly scheduled to work 20 or more hours per week are eligible for comprehensive benefits including: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, STD/LTD, 401(k), Paid Time Off (PTO) or Flexible Time Off (FTO), Tuition Reimbursement and Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
