Job Description

Duties: Collecting assets for Preorder and New Release setups (Artwork/packshots, tracklists/sidesplits, sales blurb, etc.) Managing New Release stock order status and logging in central database Managing Catalog reorders for manufacturing orders and label-supplied PO requests (collecting assets from partners, placing orders, liaising with Supply Chain to meet delivery deadlines, monitoring shipments, etc.) Managing Label Product Orders (placing orders, liaising with Supply Chain to meet delivery deadlines, sharing tracking information, monitoring shipments, etc.)

Skills: 1-3 years Physical Supply Chain experience preferred, not required. 1-3 years Music Industry experience preferred. Strong organizational, administrative, and analytical skills. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Education: Associates or Bachelors Degree Preferred

Schedule Notes: Mostly remote, might require occasional days in office. Typical working hours are 9a-6pm, OT may be required based on project needs.
