• Create and hand-stretch pizza dough to perfection.
• Ensure the quality and freshness of all pizza ingredients.
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen workspace.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to uphold high standards of food quality.
• Monitor and manage inventory to prevent shortages and waste.
• Adhere to health and safety standards in food preparation and handling.
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends and bring innovative ideas to the menu.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Pizza Chef or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of pizza dough preparation, sauce making, and various toppings.
• Ability to operate pizza ovens and other kitchen equipment.
• Creativity in developing new pizza recipes while adhering to customer preferences.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for delivering an exceptional culinary experience.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations in the kitchen.
