The Policy Analyst conducts comprehensive reviews and provides recommendations to enhance the NGB SAPR Program. This role requires a deep understanding of regulatory landscapes and the ability to assess program impacts. This opportunity is for a POTENTIAL CONTRACT award and is contingent upon the contract being awarded. Consideration for a potential contract may require a signed letter of intent. Regulatory Analysis : Review and evaluate changes in laws, policies, and regulations affecting SAPR. Policy Recommendations : Develop actionable recommendations for program improvements and compliance. Survey Development : Create and analyze surveys to gather insights from SAPR personnel. Annual Reporting : Assist in drafting the NGB portion of the DoD Annual Report on Sexual Assault. Payrate: $110,171 to $126,090 Annually REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE Bachelor’s Degree Three (3) to Five (5) years of related data analytical and reporting skills. Proficiency in policy analysis and legislative review. Experience with DoD SAPR program requirements. Experience with survey creation software (e.g., Survey Monkey). Experience creating data result reports. Analytical skills to synthesize data into actionable insights. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, (e.g. PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook, Excel, Word, OneNote). Must be able to obtain and maintain a Common Access Card (CAC). Must be a US Citizen.
