Job Description
Forty Carrots Family Center seeks a compassionate expert in early childhood education to lead our NAEYC Accredited Preschool. The Preschool Director is responsible for providing overall direction and oversite through upholding Forty Carrots' exceptional standards, ensuring full enrollment and effective program administration, providing leadership and support to Preschool Educators and staff, and maintaining quality relationships with parents and community stakeholders. This full-time leadership position reports to the Chief Program Officer and collaborates with the Management Team to provide support to our other programs and departments. This position requires a minimum of a bachelor's degree in early childhood education or related field plus Five (5) years of relevant experience with a proven record of professional growth and leadership. Successful candidates must have or be willing and able to obtain a Director Credential within the first 90 days of employment. Salary will be commensurate with experience and qualifications. The anticipated hiring range is $70,000 and $85,000/yr plus competitive insurance benefits, retirement match, and paid time off.
