Our client seeks a highly qualified associate with 3+ years of experience to join their Private Equity Group. The ideal candidate will have experience working in teams and managing components of transactions independently, with specific expertise in corporate and transactional matters such as mergers and acquisitions, leveraged recapitalizations, growth equity, venture capital transactions, exits, and equity compensation. The candidate must be proactive, possess strong business acumen, stellar communication skills, and the ability to manage internal and external client and counsel relationships effectively. Outstanding academic credentials, comparable law firm experience, excellent written and verbal communication skills, relevant bar admission (or eligibility to obtain admission promptly), and a deal sheet are required.
