Lunds & Byerlys Mitchell Road is currently hiring for a self-directed and outgoing Process Operator to create a sensational shopping experience for our customers! This position works a full-time schedule and earns a competitive wage of $20.00/hr. We operate 24 hours/day and 365 days/year . For this position we are looking for someone with availability around the hours of 6:00am-5:00pm. PROCESS OPERATOR RESPONSIBILITIES Our Process Operators are responsible for a wide variety of tasks such as: Assembling and preparing deli items including salads, sandwiches, wraps, and ready-to-heat meals Supporting assembly line workflow Ensuring food safety and quality standards are met Ensuring completion of production paperwork for compliance Creating a safe work environment Maintaining a clean work area OUR IDEAL PROCESS OPERATOR Team player - steps in to assist when and where as needed Innovative - implements trending and forward-thinking production solutions Dependable - comes to work on time and completes tasks in a timely and safe manner Hospitable - provides a friendly face, welcoming environment, and is appreciative of coworkers ABOUT LUNDS & BYERLYS Family-owned for over 80 years, Lunds & Byerlys is a grocery retailer rooted in the family tradition of quality, value, and service .
