Define, prioritize, and manage the product backlog for SWIFT payments and ISO20022 initiatives.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and refine product requirements.
Conduct in-depth analysis of business processes, workflows, and data requirements related to SWIFT payments and ISO20022.
Gather requirements from business units and translate those to developers, architects, and testers.
Document functional requirements (in the form of user stories), analyze requirements in the context of software and processes.
Possess a deep understanding of SWIFT payments, ISO20022 standards, and related financial messaging protocols.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies.
Conduct data analysis and coordinate with QA and UAT teams.
Work with development and support teams on production issues as needed.
Collaborate with the product/business team and end-users to deliver functionalities while maintaining quality.
Refine business requirements, prioritizing the product and sprint backlogs into actionable stories.
Act as a liaison between product teams, business users, and technical teams to deliver tangible outcomes.

Top Skills:

Proven experience as a Business Analyst or Product Owner in the financial services industry.
Strong knowledge of SWIFT payments and ISO20022 standards.
Experience with agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban).
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
