PRODUCTION PACKERS

Location: Paragould, Arkansas
Shift: Multiple shifts available (details provided during interview)

Pay: $15.00 HR
Position Type: Full-Time

Seeking reliable and detail-oriented Packers to join their production team in Paragould. Packers play a key role in quality control, packaging, and preparing finished products for shipment. Responsibilities

• Conduct visual quality inspections of products and report deficiencies before packaged.
• Package product according to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), work instructions, specifications, and quality docket.
• Place the product that meets specifications in the box or gaylord.
• Stack, palletize, wrap, and label products for shipment
• Maintain housekeeping of the packing station and related areas.
• Follow all plant safety rules, guidelines, and PPE requirement.
• Work efficiently to meet production quotas and deadlines
• Communicate any product issues or defects to supervisors
• Perform other general labor tasks as assigned
• Must be willing to work overtime when needed.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required - training is provided
• Ability to learn quickly and maintain knowledge from the core training program.
• Accurately count by twos up to 100.
• Must be able to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks
• Must be able to make quick decisions on product quality and communicate issues effectively up the chain of command.
• Ability to lift up-to 25-40 lbs as needed
• Strong attention to detail and quality control
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to work in a team-oriented manufacturing environment
• Must be able to maintain speed on all production/packaging lines and perform essential duties and responsibilities
