Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and coordinate work activities with other departments or shifts to meet production schedules.
• Utilize lean manufacturing tools and techniques to enhance productivity and product quality.
• Resolve work problems and mechanical issues, recommending measures to improve efficiency.
• Train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies, ensuring a safe and compliant work environment.
• Communicate effectively, both verbally and electronically, throughout the organization.
• Maintain housekeeping and safety standards, ensuring a secure working environment.
• Assist on machines during mechanical issues, performing maintenance whenever possible.
• Prepare necessary production paperwork and enforce new policies.

Requirements:

• Proven mechanical ability and knowledge of safe working conditions.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work independently and supervise diverse work groups.
• Proficiency in computer skills, including Word, Excel, and email.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum five (5) years of production supervisory experience.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks.
