ROLE DESCRIPTION: Are you outgoing, driven, and customer-focused? Do you enjoy working with the public and with a close team? We are seeking a sales representative that gives plus one service to clients throughout the entire sales process/experience and drive sales for our agency.


***This role has the opportunity/ option to be fully remote***
RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages.
• Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
• Use exemplary communication to efficiently meet the needs of customers while promoting the development of our business.
• Attend marketing events to identify potential clients and build relationships

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Dedicated to building client-based relationships
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills•
• Able to obtain Property and Casualty License
• Able to obtain a Life/Health License
• Able to achieve mutually agreed upon marketing goals
• Interested in marketing products and services based on customer needs
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment

Compensation: $38,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
