Overview
CTG is seeking to fill a Project Coordinator opening for our client in Anchorage, AK.
Location: Remote
Duration: 8 months
Key Responsibilities:Assist in the planning and execution of project activities, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
Coordinate project schedules, resources, and administrative tasks.
Track project progress and report updates to stakeholders.
Maintain project documentation, including reports, meeting minutes, and status updates.
Communicate effectively with team members, vendors, and clients to ensure alignment and clarity on project objectives.
Identify and mitigate potential project risks and issues.
Support budget tracking and expense monitoring for project-related costs.
Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and other documentation for management review.
Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and project requirements.
Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Jira, Trello, Asana).
Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
2+ years of experience in project coordination or a related role.
Experience in [insert industry, e.g., IT, construction, healthcare] is a plus.
Associate Degree/College Diploma
Project Management Professional (PMP) or CAPM certification is a plus.
Experience with Agile or Scrum methodologies.
Knowledge of budgeting and financial tracking for projects.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $30 to $40/hour. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors, including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and, where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. In addition to salary, a competitive benefits package is also offered.
