About the Role:

The Propagation Data & OF Coordinator plays a critical role in managing and coordinating data related to plant propagation within the wholesale trade industry. This position ensures accurate tracking, analysis, and reporting of propagation data to support operational efficiency and inventory management. The coordinator collaborates closely with propagation teams, sales, and logistics to optimize order fulfillment and maintain data integrity across systems. By overseeing the organization and flow of propagation information, this role directly contributes to timely product availability and customer satisfaction. Ultimately, the coordinator acts as a key liaison to streamline propagation processes and support business growth in a dynamic wholesale environment.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or higher preferred.
• Experience in data coordination, inventory management, or related administrative roles.
• Proficiency with data management software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in the wholesale trade or horticulture industry.
• Familiarity with propagation processes and plant inventory systems.
• Knowledge of order fulfillment workflows and supply chain coordination.
• Experience with database management or ERP systems.
• Additional training or certification in data analysis or project coordination.

Responsibilities:

• Collect, verify, and maintain accurate propagation data and order fulfillment records daily.
• Coordinate with propagation teams to ensure timely updates and communication of plant availability and status.
• Manage data entry and reporting systems to track propagation progress and inventory levels.
• Collaborate with sales and logistics departments to align propagation data with order processing and delivery schedules.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies in propagation data and order fulfillment information to maintain data accuracy.
• Prepare regular reports and analytics to support decision-making and operational improvements.
• Assist in developing and implementing process improvements related to data management and coordination activities.

Skills:

The required skills enable the coordinator to efficiently manage and maintain propagation data, ensuring accuracy and reliability in daily operations. Proficiency in data management software and Excel is essential for tracking propagation progress and generating insightful reports.
