Position Overview : We are seeking an experienced and organized Property Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leasing units, managing residents, coordinating maintenance, general office operations, and ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.

Leasing Responsibilities:

  • Advertising and social media content.
  • Screening applicants.
  • Provide tours of the units and building to prospects.
  • Preparing lease agreements.

Office Responsibilities:

  • Handle in-person inquiries, incoming calls, emails, and web communication.
  • Maintain and update company software, records, and files.
  • Prepare and distribute correspondence, reports, and documents.
  • Assist in coordinating building maintenance with maintenance manager.
  • Implement and maintain office policies and procedures.

Team Responsibilities:

  • Supervise team of Maintenance techs to handle work orders and unit turns.
  • Work with Director to prepare annual budgets.
  • Provide administrative support including data entry.
  • Coordinate and attend resident events.
  • Coordinate and attend team meetings.

Qualifications:

  • RealPage experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize workload effectively.
  • Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in sales or leasing.
  • Experience in marketing and social media (desired).
