We're seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Public Relations and Communications Assistant to join our growing team. This is an entry-level role ideal for recent graduates or early-career professionals looking to build a solid foundation in PR and communications.

As a Public Relations and Communications Assistant, you'll help shape our brand's public presence, support impactful campaigns, and build meaningful relationships with stakeholders. You'll gain hands-on experience in media relations, internal communication, and community outreach within a fast-paced, supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support Strategic Communication Initiatives : Work with senior team members to align PR and communications strategies with overall brand goals.

• Community Engagement : Act as a brand ambassador at events, helping build connections with community leaders, local organizations, and stakeholders.

• Promote Brand Messaging : Communicate company services clearly and effectively across all media platforms.

• Execute PR Campaigns : Assist in planning and launching public relations initiatives designed to increase brand awareness and visibility.

• Media Relations : Draft press releases, media alerts, and content for press kits; help coordinate interviews and media opportunities.

• Trend Monitoring : Track media coverage and public sentiment, analyze campaign performance, and support reporting efforts.

• Internal Communications : Help ensure clear and engaging internal messaging, maintaining alignment and company culture.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field (preferred but not required)

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Strong organizational and time management abilities

• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment

• Team-oriented with a proactive and positive mindset

• Interest in social media, content creation, and community engagement

• Previous experience in public relations, social media management, or communications is a plus
