We’re recruiting for a Quality Assurance Manager to join a high-growth pharmaceutical manufacturer that’s playing a leading role in reshaping the future of U.S.-based drug production .
This role is ideal for someone who brings a strong GMP quality background , a problem-solving mindset , and the energy to help shape quality systems from the ground up .
What You’ll Do:
✔ Lead and support QA systems across document control, change control, deviation, CAPA
✔ Own batch review, product disposition, and regulatory readiness activities
✔ Collaborate with a lean, cross-functional team including regulatory, R&D, and operations
✔ Mentor others on QA processes, systems, and continuous improvement
✔ Help shape and build scalable quality systems during a period of significant company growth
What We’re Looking For:
🔹 10+ years of pharma or biotech QA experience (GMP manufacturing)
🔹 Confident using QMS and document control systems (ERP, SharePoint, etc.)
🔹 Strong batch review and audit/inspection support experience
🔹 Hands-on, flexible, and proactive team player who thrives in a start-up culture
🔹 Passion for building something meaningful, with strong integrity and adaptability
