TRC Talent Solutions is seeking a qualified Quality Assurance Specialist on behalf of their client located in Augusta, GA. 

Pay: $24-25/hr (Based on experience)

Shift: Mon - Fri 8:00am - 5:00pm (Overtime is mandatory)

Position overview: seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Auditor to join our team. As a Quality Assurance Auditor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our organization maintains the highest standards of quality in its products, services, and processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of quality management principles, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to implement and monitor effective quality control measures.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement audit plans aligned with organizational requirements and applicable industry standards.
• Conduct thorough and systematic audits of internal processes, products, and services to evaluate compliance with quality standards and policies.
• Document audit findings, including deviations and non-conformities, in a clear and accurate manner.
• Prepare detailed audit reports and communicate findings to relevant stakeholders, providing actionable recommendations for improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement.
• Assist in the development and implementation of corrective and preventive action plans.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of corrective actions to ensure sustained compliance.
• Provide training and guidance to employees on quality assurance standards, procedures, and best practices.
• Promote a culture of quality, accountability, and compliance through ongoing education and awareness initiatives.
• Identify and assess potential quality-related risks and recommend mitigation strategies.
• Work closely with relevant departments to develop risk management and preventive measures.
• Review and analyze customer feedback and quality-related complaints.
• Partner with customer service and internal teams to address concerns, implement corrective actions, and enhance customer satisfaction.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Associate degree preferred in Quality Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in quality assurance, auditing, or compliance-related roles.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
