Positions Available: - Real Estate Analyst Specialist - Pay rate: $750 per closing
- Acquisitions Specialist - Pay rate: 15% per closing, aiming for 20 deals monthly
- Disposition Specialist - Pay rate: 15% per closing, aiming for 20 deals monthly
- Housing Placement Specialist - Pay rate: 8% per rental property
- Lead Research Specialist - Pay rate: $500 per closing
- Transaction Coordinator - Pay rate: $500 per closing
- Investor Relations Specialist - Pay rate: 2% points per closing
- Prospective Lead Specialist - Pay rate: $500 per closing
- Social Media Specialist - Pay rate: $300 per month
- Creative Financing Volunteer - Unpaid Internship - Possibility for bonuses and potential contract after 90 days of Internship.
- Pitch Deck Specialist - Pay rate: $300 per closing
- Human Resource Specialist - Pay rate: $750 per closing
- Contractors JV (Joint Venture) - Pay rate: Based on project
