With the service position at our Saint Joseph office, we are seeking a detailed oriented, multi-tasking, person who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a desire to help customers.

Responsibilities:

• Greet clients in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
• Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
• Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
• Engage in sales conversations with prospective and existing clients, identifying opportunities to offer insurance solutions.
• Provide excellent customer service and follow up on client needs.
• Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.

Qualifications:

• Must obtain your Property, Casualty, Life, and Health licenses
• Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.

Compensation: $38,000.00 - $48,000.00 per year
