Role Description
This is a hybrid/remote full-time position nationally (USA) as a Recruiter | Transition Consultant for Financial Advisors. The role involves cold call recruiting, and transition consulting for wealth management professionals. The day-to-day tasks include hundreds of cold calls to source and screen potential Advisor candidates, whilst contributing to the TG team as support throughout the entire placement process, at the same time utilizing TG's 33 plus years of presentation and negotiation skills. This can be an on-site role located in Chicago, IL.
