Our client is seeking a diligent and experienced Regional Property Manager to oversee and manage the operations and a team for properties across Brooklyn and Manhattan. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining property rentals, marketing and filling vacancies, screening prospective tenants, enforcing leases, and maintaining and securing premises. Description Manage a team of property managers and report into senior level leaders and investors. Oversee and manage daily operations of properties. Coordinate and manage leasing activities. Develop and maintain relationships with tenants and landlords. Ensure compliance with property management laws and regulations. Manage and coordinate maintenance and repairs on properties. Prepare and manage budgets for properties. Conduct property inspections to assess condition and maintenance needs. Resolve tenant complaints and issues in a timely and effective manner.
