Position Summary:
Provides direct patient care to patients using the nursing process in accordance with applicable scope and standards of practice and with the policies of the organization. This is a Women Services Department of Nursing Service position specializing in the Labor & Delivery, Nursery, a nd Post Partum. This position provides delivery of patient care with the knowledge of a Registered Nurse.
Qualifications:Minimum Qualifications:
Nursing License is required
Bachelor’s degree Preferred
Basic Life Support (BLS) within 60 days of hire.
, Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) within 6 months of hire.
, Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) within 6 months of hire.
. STABLE within 1 year and NRP within 1 year of hire. If past due or expired will have 60 days to bring up to date.
