Job Summary: The RN First Assistant (RNFA) functions as the surgical first assistant under the direction and supervision of the surgeon during the intra-operative phase of surgery. The RNFA will also serve in the role of a Registered Nurse, according to the needs of the department. The incumbent in this position will support the mission, vision, values and strategic initiatives of Mary Washington Healthcare and must demonstrate a commitment to quality service to patients, physicians, the public and co-workers.$10,000 Sign On Bonus to external applicants
