Roofing Estimator – Wall, NJ

We are looking for an experienced Roofing Estimator to join a well-established exterior construction team in Wall, NJ. This role is responsible for preparing accurate estimates for residential and commercial roofing projects while working closely with sales, project management, and clients to deliver cost-effective solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Review project plans, specifications, and site conditions to prepare detailed estimates.
• Generate takeoffs, material lists, and labor cost breakdowns.
• Collaborate with project managers and sales staff to support bids and proposals.
• Maintain vendor and subcontractor relationships for competitive pricing.
• Track bids, follow up on proposals, and assist with project handoff.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of estimating experience, preferably in roofing or exterior construction.
• Strong knowledge of roofing systems, materials, and installation methods.
• Proficiency with estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
