Image Roofing in Mesa is hiring a Roofing Project Manager – Tile, Flat Roofs & Coatings
Location: Phoenix Valley
Pay: $25 - $32/hr (Negotiable, Based on Experience)

About the Role:
We’re looking for a Roofing Project Manager to oversee and execute various roofing projects daily. No two days will be the same—you might be replacing tiles , pressure washing and recoating roofs , or conducting inspections . This is a hands-on role requiring strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
What You’ll Be Doing:
✔️ Project Oversight – Manage multiple job sites, ensuring quality and efficiency.
✔️ Roofing Repairs & Coatings – Replace broken tiles, apply coatings, and oversee maintenance work.
✔️ Inspections & Reporting – Conduct roof inspections, identify issues, and provide project updates.
✔️ Team & Client Coordination – Work with roofing crews, vendors, and customers to keep projects on track.
✔️ Daily Travel – Drive to various job sites with a company truck and gas card provided.
What We’re Looking For:
Experience in roofing (tile roofing and coatings preferred).
Ability to work independently and solve problems on-site.
Comfortable working at heights and in various weather conditions.
Willing to train the right person if they have basic roofing knowledge.
