COMMERCIAL ROOFING PROJECT MANAGER - IMMEDIATE HIRE!

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Commercial Roofing Project Manager to lead roofing projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate has extensive experience in commercial roofing, strong leadership capabilities, and a history of delivering projects on time and within budget.

As a key player on our team, you will collaborate with internal teams, subcontractors, and clients to ensure all projects meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Project Planning & Coordination:

• Develop project timelines, budgets, and schedules in collaboration with the estimating team.
• Ensure all project materials, labor, and equipment are available and delivered on time.
• Oversee all phases of commercial roofing projects, from planning and design to completion.
• Maintain outstanding communication with all stakeholders.

Team Management:

• Lead and supervise roofing crews, subcontractors, and field staff.
• Foster a positive and safety-focused work environment.
• Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to maintain project quality and schedules.
• Designate material staging areas and ensure efficient workflow.

Client Relations & Communication:

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.
• Provide regular project updates, including budget and scheduling information.
• Address and resolve client concerns promptly to maintain strong relationships.
• Conduct post-construction inspections and manage punch lists for timely resolution.

Budget & Cost Management:

• Monitor project costs to ensure financial efficiency.
• Track expenses and manage change orders to prevent budget overruns.
• Prepare and submit financial reports to management.

Safety Compliance:

• Conduct regular site inspections to enforce safety protocols.
• Address safety concerns immediately to mitigate risks.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, company policies, and industry best practices.

Quality Control:

• Oversee all aspects of project quality control to maintain high standards.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with specifications and manufacturer guidelines.

Documentation & Reporting:

• Maintain accurate project documentation using the company’s CRM system.
• Prepare and present progress reports to management and stakeholders.

QUALIFICATIONS

Experience:

• 5+ years of experience in commercial roofing project management or a related construction role.
• Strong knowledge of commercial roofing systems, materials, and installation techniques.
• Proven track record in budgeting, scheduling, and client relations.

Skills & Abilities:

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and project documentation.
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
• Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in project management software.
• In-depth understanding of safety regulations and construction codes.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to work in various weather conditions and on active construction sites.
• Occasional lifting of up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to climb ladders and access rooftops for inspections and oversight.
