Job Summary:
Our client is seeking a RPA Developer to join their team! This position is located in St. Louis, MO.
Duties:
- Design, develop, and deploy RPA solutions using UIPath Studio
- Collaborate with Business Analysts to understand process requirements and ensure accurate automation implementation
- Conduct thorough testing and debugging of automations to ensure optimal performance and reliability
- Maintain and optimize existing RPA processes
- Participate in daily stand-up meetings to discuss project progress and challenges
Desired Skills/Experience:
- 3+ years of hands-on experience as an RPA Developer, with a strong focus on UIPath
- Proficiency in UIPath Studio is essential; you'll be working with it daily
- Demonstrated ability to build complex automation workflows independently
- Solid understanding of development best practices
- Experience with other programming languages is a plus, but direct experience with the UIPath tool is paramount
- Ability to work on-site in St. Louis, Missouri

The approximate pay range for this position is between $115,000 and $130,000 . Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and location. We comply with local wage minimums.
