About the Role:

We’re seeking a Salesforce Adoption & Training Specialist on behalf of our Calgary-based client to support their internal Salesforce rollout and user enablement strategy. This is a 3-month contract, based onsite in Calgary, with some flexibility offered.

This role is ideal for a Salesforce Certified Administrator who thrives at the intersection of technology and people; someone who can train users, boost adoption, and work hands-on with light configuration while driving a human-centred change approach.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the go-to Salesforce expert for business users
  • Develop and deliver engaging training content (videos, guides, Trailhead recommendations)
  • Conduct one-on-one and group training sessions, both scheduled and ad hoc
  • Support user adoption by identifying usage gaps and recommending improvements
  • Configure reports, dashboards, and permission sets (no flows or development work)
  • Collaborate with team leads to prioritize backlog items and shape a rollout plan
  • Translate business requirements into clear, actionable input for technical teams
  • Lead meetings, gather feedback, and communicate effectively with users and leadership
  • Apply Human-Centred Change principles to ensure smooth adoption and user satisfaction

Qualifications:

  • Salesforce Certified Administrator (required)
  • Proven experience in user training, Salesforce adoption, and change enablement
  • Confident communicator able to engage with end users and lead meetings
  • Strong skills in creating training materials (videos, documentation, curated learning paths)
  • Hands-on experience configuring Salesforce UI features (reports, dashboards, layouts, permission sets)
  • Highly organized with the ability to create rollout strategies and manage training delivery
