The Role
The Salon Sales & Guest Experience Specialist oversees the daily operations of our salon and boutique while ensuring every guest enjoys a luxury experience. This role combines guest relations, sales leadership, and team development, with a clear path toward salon management.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and host guests, manage appointments, and oversee front desk operations
• Drive sales through upselling services, retail products, and boutique items
• Train, coach, and support guest services and salon assistants
• Monitor salon cleanliness, organization, and adherence to sanitation standards
• Manage retail and boutique inventory, orders, and audits
• Lead staff check-ins, team huddles, and assist with scheduling and PTO requests
• Partner with owner and marketing team on social media, events, and promotions
• Act as a role model, reinforcing salon values and supporting staff development

Schedule & Benefits

• Schedule: Tues & Thurs 9:30–8, Fri 10–6, every other Sat 9–4
• Salary: $45,750 - $52,000 per year
