The Scrum Master role requires an individual who has proficiency within several of the following disciplines: leadership skills, self-motivated, detail oriented, ability to handle multiple teams, ability to problem solve, and deliver successful results. The Scrum Master is the servant leader for the Digital Product Team and will ensure the successful delivery of the product roadmap that is being directed by the Product Director, Product Owner, or Business Line Owner using Agile methodologies that are commonly used in building software. The position serves as the point of contact for all Sprint cycles and will interface with all parties including the business line product owners, technical development team, product team members and third parties (vendors). The Scrum Master needs to possess a robust understanding of the businesses they support, at an industry and market level, allowing them to drive key elements/milestones into a Product Roadmap that will be driven by the Product Director/Product Owner of the Digital Product Team. This includes the states of Arizona, Connecticut, Florida, Illinois, Iowa, Indiana, Massachusetts, Maine, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Nebraska, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, Nevada, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Carolina, Texas, and Wisconsin.
