Job Description

Title: Scrum Master Location: SFO CA/Seattle WA ((Can work remotely but should be available to travel to office when required) Interview: 2 Technical and 1 Managerial Duration: Full time/Perm Required: 10 -12 Years of experience of IT experience with proven track record of managing the development and delivery of large/midsize enterprise level applications in Agile scrum model. Good knowledge of Project management tools like JIRA, Azure boards . Facilitate the development of user stories and use cases to support the development of functional designs Experience in handling agile team, run scrum meetings, drive sprint planning & retrospective sessions and implement the improvement points from earlier sprints to upcoming sprints. Present metrics and status reports to senior leadership and drive steering committee meetings, escalate unresolved dependencies and upcoming risks to the right stakeholders drawing attention from senior leadership for support and resolve on time not affecting the project milestone delivery. Emphasize on PM and Agile best practices and help team achieve continuous improvement. Experience with MS Project, JIRA to write, review, approve the stories and maintain the same. Helps product owner to make the product backlogs in good shape and make them ready for the next sprint Should have knowledge & experience in using Agile techniques like: User Stories, iterative development, Continuous Integration, Continuous Testing, Incremental delivery etc Responsible to remove the impediments for the scrum team Arrange daily stand-up meetings, facilitate meetings, schedule meetings, demo and decision-making processes in order to ensure quick inspection and proper use of reports & dashboards Reporting out of JIRA for various sprintburndown or release burndown charts and prepared executive report out of JIRA. Risk identifying and reporting, and resolution Awareness and experience with widely successful Agile techniques: User Stories, ATDD, TDD, Continuous Integration, Continuous Testing, Pairing, Automated Testing, Agile Games. Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Certified Scrum Professional (CSP) or Certified Product Owner (CSPO) Coach team members in Agile frameworks Good Experience in SQL, Python Good Knowledge on AWS Cloud platform Experience/ knowledge in BI tools like Tableau will be a plus. Knowledge on Snowflake will be an added advantage.
