I’m currently partnered with a client that is looking a for a Scrum master to join their team!
To them a scrum master serves as a facilitator for agile teams, ensuring projects are kept on a strict timeframe and understanding the bigger picture and coming up with a plan of action for a team to get there.
They are asking that you:
- Manage all stakeholders and their expectations.
- Collaborate with the Product Manager
- Remove impediments and maintain team efficiency.
- Assists with Product Backlog
- Facilitates scrum events including Sprint Reviews
They are looking for a bridge that can connect all aspects of their business from management to ops to product to development; the whole cycle!
If you have:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Information Technology, or related field
- 1+ year of experience as Payment Technology Engineer
- Experience in EMV Chip-based Technology, Contactless (NFC), Global Platform, Payment domain & systems.
- Mobile product development and testing expertise is an asset.
- 5+ years of payments experience preferably including testing experience of EMV technology and associated test tools.
- 2+ years of experience in three or more of the following area: cryptography, authentication, pen tests or vulnerability assessments, application security, data structure and algorithms
- 2+ years of experience in evaluating, recommending and implementing new and emerging security products and technologies.
- 1 year of experience preferred in mobile product development and testing expertise.
- Strong vendor management skills and ability to understand dependencies across multiple parties and resolve issues.
- Ability to drive process, project and results by influencing and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.
