Senior Director Product Marketing and Industry Solution Management

Your opportunity

As the Senior Director for Product Marketing and Industry Solution Management, you will be responsible for leading a team of Product Marketing and Industry Solution Management managers within a fast-moving, high-growth organization. This includes driving best practices in product marketing, overseeing GTM strategy definition for our target industry verticals, and supporting the GTM execution cross-functionally. As part of the role you will work closely with our sales, demand generation and partnership leadership on the execution of our GTM strategy.

You have a strong background in product marketing or industry solution management in a B2B tech environment (ideally with a SaaS background) and have experience leading a team of industry solution managers and product marketing managers. The ideal candidate has outstanding communication skills, solid analytical skills and strong entrepreneurial drive and business acumen.

What You Will Do

• Coach and lead the Product Marketing and Industry Solution Management team within a fast-moving organization
• Structure and align processes within the team based on best practices in Product Marketing and Solution Management
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, Product Management, and Enterprise Success to develop and validate value propositions, messaging, and proof points that resonate with target audiences.
• Lead the planning and execution of comprehensive go-to-market strategies for industry segments, product launches, and feature releases.
• Own end-to-end product launches, from planning and coordination to execution and post-launch analysis.
• Identify key insights and actionable recommendations for product improvements, sales messaging optimization, and market expansion opportunities through win/loss analysis.
• Lead the development of global go-to-market plans and messaging strategies, identifying target customer segments, ICPs, positioning strategies, and competitive differentiation points.
• Oversee the creation of sales and marketing materials to support internal teams and promote our products externally.
• Collaborate with the Marketing Leadership to align product marketing initiatives with overall marketing objectives and business goals.

Who we look for

• At least 10+ years of Product Marketing experience in a B2B tech environment (software preferred)
• At least 6+ years as a proven people manager with excellent leadership skills managing a team of product marketing and industry solution managers - preferably in SaaS.
• Proven track record of leading high-performing teams in fast-growing companies.
• Ability to turn analysis into actionable insights and clear recommendations.
• Track record of successful go-to-market strategy definition and execution
• Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Solid problem-solving ability, research, and analytical skills
• Strong entrepreneurial drive and business acumen
• Eligible to work in Switzerland
