Scout job openings and provide insightful leads to your recruiting colleagues. Collaborate with team members to devise effective sourcing and research strategies. Manage a high volume of requisitions, ensuring attention to detail. Partner with team leaders to develop tailored recruiting strategies, assessing and identifying top talent. Requirements: 2-4+ years of experience making direct placements in any recruiting vertical. Must have recent experience in an agency recruiting environment; candidates with solely internal talent acquisition or HR experience will not be considered. Experience in cold calling. Bachelor's degree. Strong communication and writing skills. Positive, proactive mindset with a robust work ethic. Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
