Walmart Connect’s (WMC) Emerging Brands sales leadership team seeks an experienced people manager (Senior Manager) to scale and grow our advertising partnerships across e-commerce platforms and in-store activations. This sales leader will own the portfolio strategy, drive revenue growth in key verticals by creating and refining processes to drive operational excellence, and hire and develop a team of experienced individual contributors (Partner Managers). Responsibilities: Accelerate advertising revenue growth from assigned verticals. Create and refine business processes to improve sales team productivity. Identify and address key issues impacting emerging advertisers’ performance and experience with WMC solutions. Lead, coach, and influence within a matrix organization. Possess strong consultative sales skills, collaborative spirit, and comfort with ambiguity. Qualifications: 5+ years of experience managing high-performing teams. Proven track record of driving revenue growth with emerging opportunities and established partnerships. Strong understanding of advertising technology and data/performance measurement trends. Deep understanding of eCommerce fundamentals and trends. Skilled storyteller with experience communicating marketing opportunities to brands. Exceptional communication and presentation skills. Ability to thrive in a dynamic, rapidly changing environment. Leadership experience in operational excellence initiatives. Ability to move fast, be bold, and adapt. Effective cross-functional collaboration skills. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, sales, or related area, and 4 years' experience, or 6 years' experience in the field. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related area, and 5+ years managing sales teams.
