Wilkinson Staffing Agency, LLC is hiring a Senior Office Administrator for placement in a government-related department in Santa Ana. This is a temporary position for up to one year , with the potential for permanent hire based on performance.
The Senior Office Administrator will play a key leadership role by ensuring smooth office operations, supporting department leadership, and providing high-level administrative oversight. This position will also assist in coordinating and supporting a team of Office Specialists.
Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily office operations and administrative processes.
Supervise and provide guidance to Office Specialists.
Manage records, schedules, and document processing with accuracy.
Serve as a point of contact for leadership and assist with department-wide coordination.
Ensure compliance with office policies and internal procedures.
Respond to inquiries and provide support to staff and external stakeholders.
Assist with reporting, data entry, and workflow optimization.
Perform other senior-level administrative duties as assigned.
3+ years of administrative experience , preferably in a senior or supervisory role.
Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Ability to work independently and take initiative in a fast-paced environment.
Experience in a government or regulatory setting is a plus.
