Job Description Join our team of onshore and offshore UIPath developers as we help doctors spend more time with their patients. Our scrum team works entirely remotely building automations in UIPath. We’re a collaborative team and a collaborative company. Being on this team means you’ll be supported by the other team members and you’ll support them, solving technical problems, figuring out how to deliver the best software to our business stakeholders. The Details: We are seeking a Senior RPA Developer to work with our Agile team through all phases of our development projects. These include, solution generation, design, development, deployment, and monitoring. This process always includes thorough documentation and clear communication in chat and email. Primary Job Duties: Design, develop, deploy, and configure Robotic Process Automation (RPA) software in the UIPath platform to perform to documented application requirements Troubleshoot running processes to determine root cause and deploy fixes in a timely manner Develop and maintain RPA framework libraries Work within an agile team, adhering to best practices for coding, security, reusability, and clarity Mentor other developers on coding best practices and serve as a technical escalation point during development by performing code reviews and providing/receiving constructive feedback to improve overall code quality Create and maintain documentation in a detailed and well-organized manner Collaborate with other technical teams within Privia Execute team processes for testing and validation of your solutions Assist with quality assurance of the automation Qualifications Experience in agile development methodology Experience with Git version control Must have 5+ years of Development experience with with VisualBasic or C# Must have 5+ year of UI Path experience Work with both attended and unattended bots Exceptional analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving abilities, as well as excellent communication skills, including ability to write concise technical docs and present ideas Nice to Have Skills: Database Skills: SQL Server or Snowflake Integrating ML models in RPA workflows (Agentic AI) Work with APIs (SOAP, REST, etc.) Supporting and working with Citizen Developers and COEs The salary range for this role is $108,000.00 to $120,000.00 in base pay and exclusive of any bonuses or benefits (medical, dental, vision, life, and pet insurance, 401K, paid time off, and other wellness programs) . This role is also eligible for an annual bonus targeted at 15% and restricted stock units. The base pay offered will be determined based on relevant factors such as experience, education, and geographic location.
