Preparation of income tax returns for C-corps, S-corps, partnerships, LLCs, individuals and trusts Provide general accounting assistance to clients Research tax issues and prepare technical advice memoranda Tax projections and planning Compilation and review of financial statements Respond to IRS and state department of revenue notices Interact with clients Provide financial advice to clients Opportunity to participate in new business development (if desired; not required) Qualifications: 3 to 8 years of tax experience (a minimum of two busy seasons).
