About Creative Realities

Creative Realities, Inc. ( NASDAQ: CREX) is a creative technology company focusing on bringing digital experiences to retail environments, designed to enrich and inspire the consumer journey. Our strong design and strategic discipline uniquely position us to guide Fortune 100 Brands and Retailers on how best to apply technology in function of marketing, store, or customer objectives. Our end to end offering enables us to execute what we recommend: from design and app development, thought to deployment on site - and provide ongoing content and support to virtually any type of environment.

About the Position

The Senior UI/UX Product Designer is responsible for leading user experience and interface design across multiple enterprise software applications, including ReflectView, Clarity, and RVX. This role plays a critical part in CRI’s broader modernization and platform-integration strategy, particularly as we unify scheduling, content management, device management, and operational workflows.

Working within the Product organization, the designer will collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineering, and Client teams to translate complex requirements into intuitive designs. This includes creating modern interaction patterns, designing multi-step workflows, architecting design systems, and producing end-to-end UX deliverables—from research and wireframing to high-fidelity prototypes.

The Senior UI/UX Product Designer must be able to simplify sophisticated system behaviors; such as device orchestration, asset management, location hierarchies, timelines, metadata, governance, and analytics; into clear, intuitive, operator-friendly interfaces. The designer will leverage both traditional UX methods and modern, preferably AI-enabled, prototyping tools to accelerate design cycles and improve clarity and outcomes across the organization.

This position is a senior individual contributor role (non-manager) reporting directly to the Director of Product.

The Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is a senior-level UI/UX designer with experience creating intuitive interfaces for complex enterprise software. They excel at simplifying multi-step workflows, maintaining consistency across products, and communicating design

decisions clearly. They are highly proficient in modern design tools—with experience in AI-assisted design or rapid prototyping strongly preferred. The ideal candidate works well with Product and Engineering teams, takes ownership of their work, and brings a practical, user-focused approach to delivering high-quality designs quickly.

Key Responsibilities Design Leadership

  • Own the end-to-end UX design process across multiple enterprise software platforms.
  • Translate business, client, and technical requirements into clear user journeys, workflows, and UI patterns.
  • Deliver wireframes, interactive prototypes, design specs, and polished UI for development handoff.
  • Design Systems & Architecture
  • Create and maintain a unified component library and design system spanning RV, RVX, and Clarity.
  • Define standards around navigation, layout, interaction, accessibility, and responsive behavior.
  • Ensure consistency and scalability across all CRI software experiences.

AI-Accelerated UX Workflows

  • Use modern design tools (AI preferred) for rapid prototyping, visual exploration, and design-to-code concepting.
  • Introduce intelligent UX patterns that streamline workflows and improve user productivity.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Work closely with Product Managers to refine requirements and define acceptance criteria.
  • Partner with Engineering to ensure technical feasibility and high-quality implementation.
  • Support Client Services, Implementation, and Sales with UX insights and design documentation.

Experience & Education

  • BA/BS strongly preferred in Design, HCI, UX, Digital Media, Interaction Design, or equivalent experience.
  • 5–8 years of experience designing enterprise software applications.
  • Demonstrated experience producing end-to-end UX deliverables for complex SaaS products.
  • Strong proficiency with Figma, including design systems and prototyping.
  • Experience designing multi-module workflows (content, assets, devices, scheduling, dashboards).
  • Experience with (or strong curiosity for) AI-assisted design tools and modern UX workflows.
  • Bonus: experience with IoT, content management systems, digital signage, AdTech, or device monitoring platforms.

Key Competencies / Behaviors

  • Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship in UI and interaction design.
  • Ability to simplify complex requirements into elegant, intuitive interfaces.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Diplomatic, collaborative, and comfortable working across multiple teams and disciplines.
  • High degree of ownership and accountability; able to operate with autonomy.
  • Passionate about design quality and user advocacy.
  • Curiosity, adaptability, and willingness to explore modern tools and design methodologies.

  • Nimble Minded – Brings creativity and fresh thinking; adapts quickly to new challenges.
  • Expects Excellence – Holds themselves and others to a high standard for craftsmanship and delivery.

Benefits

  • Access to participate in company dental and vision insurance programs;
  • 401(k) program, including company paid match of up to 3% of annual salary; and
  • Paid time off and holiday pay.
