Due to our recent increase in demand, we revamped our entire facility! We are a high‑volume MOPAR store in Portland, OR, and with your help, we plan on staying that way. Our Service Advisor plays an intricate role in our Service Department, communicating with clients and technicians throughout the servicing process and writing up the corresponding ROs. The perfect candidate will have great customer service skills and prior service‑writing experience. Service Advisor Responsibilities Ensure that customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service. Drive the sale of technicians' time to meet the department’s sales forecast. Prioritize required services and be prepared to provide options upon request. Keep customers informed on completion times, service expenses, and possible changes.
