We're looking for a creative and energetic Social Media Assistant to help us tell the stories of our seven dynamic car dealership locations. This is your chance to get hands-on experience in a fast-paced marketing environment, supporting a strategy that builds our brand, excites our audience, and drives real-world results. You'll be a key player, working directly with our Social Media Manager to bring our digital presence to life.

 

What You'll Do (Your Mission):

  • Be Our Content Champion: Assist in planning, scheduling, and publishing engaging content across all our social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and X.
  • Create Eye-Catching Visuals: Support the creation of compelling photos, short-form videos (Reels/TikToks), and graphics that showcase our inventory, highlight dealership promotions, and capture our brand's personality.
  • Act as the Voice of Our Brand: Monitor all our social channels, engaging with our community by responding to comments, messages, and reviews with a friendly, professional, and helpful tone.
  • Collaborate and Capture: Partner with our sales and service teams at each dealership to capture authentic content, including customer stories, behind-the-scenes moments, team highlights, and special events.
  • Keep a Pulse on Performance: Help track key metrics like reach, engagement, and follower growth, providing insights to help us refine our strategy and make our content even better.

Requirements:

 

What You Bring to the Team (Your Skills):

  • A deep understanding of the social media landscape, especially TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a natural talent for storytelling.
  • A great eye for visuals and basic photography and video editing skills. Experience with tools like Canva, CapCut, or the Adobe Creative Suite is a huge plus!
  • Organization and an ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with social media scheduling tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Sprout Social) is preferred.
  • A genuine passion for cars, powersports, marketing, or all of the above!
