Social Media Manager

We’re looking for a Social Media Manager who can supercharge our digital presence and turn our CEO, Frank LaRosa , IG @franklarosa.Elite into one of the most influential voices in the industry.

Salary: $65,000 - $75,000

Qtrly Bonuses: Up to $3,000 per qtr. ($12,000 per year)

Excellent Benefits Package and PTO Policy

100% In-Office position

What You’ll Do

• Own social strategy and execution across LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and emerging platforms
• Manage the daily content engine including posting, scheduling, engagement, analytics
• Grow Frank LaRosa’s personal brand with reels, shorts, hooks, and thought-leadership content
• Pull content from podcasts, interviews, events, and news to create timely, high-impact posts
• Create videos, reels, graphics, carousels, and scroll-stopping captions
• Build cross-brand momentum (ECP → EMC → EAS → JEDI) and integrated campaigns
• Engage our communities, spot trends early, and keep content fresh
• Track KPIs monthly and optimize based on performance

What You Bring

• 5–7+ years managing social for B2B, professional services, or financial services
• Experience growing executive or influencer-style personal brands
• Strong short-form video creation/editing skills (Reels/TikTok/Shorts)
• A killer copywriting voice: clear, bold, and authority-building
• Deep understanding of LinkedIn and multi-platform growth
• Comfortable managing multiple brands and fast-paced content calendars
• Proficient in Canva, CapCut, Adobe Suite, scheduling tools
• KPI-focused and data-driven
