Social Media Manager
Location: Blair, NE ON-SITE
Full time position: 40 hour per week
FLSA Status: Non-exempt
Reports to Digital Branding & Marketing Specialist

We are a dynamic and growing company specializing in subscription-based marketing and branding services. With a portfolio of six companies and plans for expansion in 2025, we are seeking a talented Social Media Manager to lead our social media efforts across multiple platforms. This role is crucial for building brand awareness, engaging with our audiences, and driving growth for each of our unique brands.
Position Summary:
The Social Media Manager will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies across all major platforms for six distinct companies. This individual will create and manage content, engage with our online communities, monitor performance metrics, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that our social media presence aligns with business goals.
Essential Functions:
Frequently use hands and talk/hear
Frequently read from a computer screen
Work in a quiet office setting or in loud areas with dirt and dust
Ability to see color
Ability to utilize, Microsoft Office, and various editing software
Capable to sit in a desk chair for several hours in a working day
Physically use your eyes to read computer monitor for several hours in a working day
Occasionally be near machinery
Written and verbal communication skills
Reasoning, math, and language
Make independent judgements
