Compensation: $70,000 to $90,000 per Year Base Salary, Plus Uncapped Commission & Bonuses - $125,000 to $150,000+ On-Target Earnings

Job Overview

Our client, a growing, Tier-1 solar module manufacturer based in the US, is looking to bring on an exceptional sales manager. to both support and drive the company's growth. This Sales Manager role is a full-time, permanent position with our client.

Job Responsibilities

• Developing, implementing, and executing sales strategies across residential, commercial and industrial, and utility-scale-focused solar companies
• Establishing and maintaining relationships with new and existing clients, understanding their needs, and offering tailored solutions
• Conducting market research to identify and analyze market trends, competitive landscapes, and potential growth markets
• Working closely with marketing and any cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and optimize customer satisfaction
• Leading and mentoring sales team members while fostering a collaborative and performance-driven culture

Successful Candidates Must Have:

• At least 3 years of B2B solar product sales experience with a proven track record of success
• Leadership and sales management skills
• The ability to analyze data, identify trends, and leverage data to make data-driven decisions
• A deep understanding of US solar market trends, including regulatory challenges
• A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or related field is preferred

Compensation & Benefits

• This Solar Manager role has a wage of : $70,000 to $90,000 per Year Base Salary, Plus Uncapped Commission & Bonuses - $125,000 to $150,000+ On-Target Earnings
