We're looking for a consulting professional, preferably at a managerial level, with excellent storytelling experience. This person will collaborate with senior leadership and the offshore team and has to have some background in the Insurance industry. The candidate has to have exposure to and understand the insurance business as he/she will be working to empower the existing insurance products of the client.

Responsibilities

• Proficient in writing complex SQL queries to extract, transform, and analyze data using platforms such as SQL Server and Snowflake .
• Develop and maintain analytical queries to answer business questions and generate actionable insights.
• Validate data pipelines and ETL processes to proactively identify and resolve data quality issues.
• Solid understanding of data pipelines and ETL processes.

Requirements

• 5-10 years in data analysis and profiling with a graduate degree in Business Analytics, MBA, or a related field.
• Robust, hands-on experience with SQL and Snowflake.
• Must have P&C Insurance experience.
• Must have strong communication skills
• Convert business requirements into smaller workstreams for the data engineers and other analysts on the team
• Use data to drive actionable insights and calculate the impact of various launched features.
