What youll do:

• Act as the finance lead for multiple clients, owning both high-level strategy and day-to-day financial operations
• Lead month-end close, GL management, and financial reporting
• Develop and maintain financial forecasts, budgets, and cash flow models
• Oversee audit readiness and technical accounting projects, including IPO and M&A preparation
• Review and finalize client financial statements
• Collaborate closely with internal Directors and contribute to a growing network of client referrals

What you will need:

• Prior CFO or senior finance experience within growth-stage companies (biotech, tech, or manufacturing preferred)
• Strong background in both FP&A and technical accounting
• Proven ability to work cross-functionally, manage audits, and lead financial operations
• Client-facing experience with a proactive and advisory-focused mindset
• Strong communicator and team-oriented leader who builds trust quickly
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, dynamic environments with varied responsibilities

What does this position pay?

• Compensation is determined by several factors which may include skillset, qualifications/certifications, experience level, and geographic location.
• The expected range for this role is $140k-$200K, annualized base compensation, with additional compensation components bringing target cash compensation between $200k and $290k. Please note this range is an estimate and actual may vary based on qualifications and experience.
